Appointment booking tool: Due to limitations with our third-party online booking services provider, users may experience issues in booking an appointment, while using a screen reader or relying on keyboard navigation. If you require assistance with personalizing your needs, you may call us at: 1-888-444-6711.

We often partner with other companies to provide products and services to our users. Whenever possible, we have customized such tools to follow compliance standards, however at times, such customizations options may not be available. We have made efforts in limiting the use of such tools to lower the impact of possible disruptions.
